You'll build the systems behind our models: distributed training, fast data pipelines, GPU optimization, and inference at scale. You'll work closely with researchers and own difficult engineering problems from the first experiment through reliable infrastructure.

We're looking for exceptional engineers who care about performance and correctness, and enjoy making ambitious research possible. You don't need a biology background; curiosity about the science is welcome.

You'll drive original research on the architectures, training objectives, and scaling behind our models. You'll own a direction from idea to result, working closely with engineers and experimental scientists.

We care about strong ML fundamentals, research taste, and what you've figured out, whether through papers, open models, or other substantial work. You don't need a biology background, but you should enjoy learning beyond your specialty.

You'll study how our designed biological systems behave in vivo: where they go, how long they persist, and whether they have the intended effect. You'll own studies from model selection through interpretation, helping the team understand what to change next.

We're looking for a hands-on scientist who has independently led rigorous in-vivo research, takes animal welfare seriously, and enjoys connecting mechanism to results in living systems.

You'll investigate how our designed proteins and assemblies behave, build the assays to understand them, and help decide which biological questions we tackle next. You'll work closely with ML researchers to make experimental results useful for the next round of designs.

We're looking for an independent, hands-on scientist with deep experimental skills and good biological intuition. We welcome expertise across protein systems, not just one modality.

You'll help make and characterize the proteins our models design, from cloning and protein production through quality control and functional assays. You'll work alongside Platform scientists, learn new methods, and improve the workflows you run.

We're looking for someone with strong bench skills, careful experimental habits, and curiosity about what the results mean. You should enjoy troubleshooting and take pride in work others can build on.

You'll run molecular biology experiments and operate lab robots, creating the demonstrations they need to learn useful laboratory work. You'll help our ML and robotics teams understand where protocols break down and how to improve them.

We're looking for a careful experimentalist who is also a genuinely skilled gamer: precise, comfortable with controllers, and quick to learn complex interfaces. Bring the bench skills; we'll train you on the robots.

You'll work directly with the founders to make Anthrogen run, taking ownership across hiring, external partners, internal tools, and telling Anthrogen's story to the wider public. A large part of the job is deciding what matters next.

You've spent at least a year or two in startup operations, can build useful tools, and want to understand the science behind the company. If you eventually want to build your own company, we'd be excited to support you.
